Could be a winning team member medal (other source i read stated - All participants receive a crest and each member of the winning country receives a medal). 1.5" in nice shape. Some wear, mostly below the date. Enamel is chipped on an angle around the date. Below the last 3 numbers in the date + above the 5 in the date. Also chipped between the s + a in USA.
