Q. Will this part fit my vehicle?
A. Please send us your full Reg number, or even better your VIN or Chassis number.
Q. Where is my item?
A. Please contact us on 01268 574425 to obtain your tracking number for your items.
Q. What is the condition of the item?
A. The item will be new unless stated in the details of the listing.
Q. How do I pay for my item?
A. We accept PayPal through eBay or if you wish to make a card payment please call 01268 574425. We also accept postal orders, please make them out to International Parts Ltd and send them to: Apollo House, Mayphil Industrial Estate, Battlesbridge, SS11 7RL.
Q. Can we collect from you?
A. I am sorry but we are not a shop. We have a dispatch warehouse only. Collections can sometimes be organised but it is by appointment and only if Robert is available. Please call 01268 574425 to check.
Q. Can you combine postage?
A. We can combine postage on some but not all items. They have to be able to be posted together and the order has to be combined by us before payment is made. Please send us a request to combine postage. Please email us after purchase but before payment.
Q. How soon will my order be sent?
A. As soon as your payment has entered our account your item will be sent within 1 working day by the delivery option on the item. To receive an item by the next working day you have to order and pay for your item before 11am.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, please contact us for a quote.
Q. What warranty do we provide?
A. Please refer to our ?Warranty? page.
Q. Will this Mass Airflow Sensor fit my vehicle?
A. To be able to match up your Air Flow Sensor, we will need the old number from your unit. The number can be found underneath the cylinder that the sensor fits to. It will be a Bosch, Siemens or OE (original equipment) number. Bosch number will start 0280, 0281 or 0986. The Siemens number starts with 5W. The PBT number is NOT the one we require.
Q. Can you tell me which part I need/whats wrong with my vehicle/can you fit the part/how do you fit it?
A. No, we are not mechanics, we sell the parts only. Occasionally we can advise but we recommend you will need to contact a reputable garage.
Q. Can I pick your brains about?.
A. While we are happy to provide a good after-sale service, due to the nature of our business we can only advise on parts/fitting of items that have been purchased directly from us.
Q. Can we supply a ?whatsit??, ?thingamybob?? or a ?Swively thing??
A. While we have some technical knowledge, it would help us if you know the correct name for the part you require.
