:Condition of Items:
Our used items have been tested to the best of our ability and their condition is in our descriptions. Some of the items will be for parts or repair so be aware they may be in non-working condition. We try to accurately describe all of our items and answer any questions you may have.
:Item Condition Terms:
New – Appears to be in unopened condition
New Open Box – Box has been opened, but item appears to be in new condition. Item could have manufacturer defects which we are not responsible for.
Used tested working – Item has signs of use but has been tested to be in working condition
Used Not Able To Test - The item is used, and we were unable to test. The item is sold AS-IS.
Used For Parts Or Repair – Items has signs of use and tested as needing repair or good for parts.

UPS (Ground)
Fed Ex (Ground)
USPS (Priority, First Class, and Parcel)
Regarding USPS’s Tracking System:
USPS’s Delivery Confirmation typically does not update until the item has arrived at its location, it does not update like UPS’s tracking does. Please keep this in mind That Electronic Shipping Information Received does not mean the item has not shipped, it just means that USPS has not entered it into there system.
:Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your item we will be happy to work with you to resolve any conflict you may have. If you have contacted us and want to return an item you will receive the amount you paid, less actual shipping and handling.
If you wish to return any item please note that we do NOT under any circumstances refund shipping nor shall we pay for return shipping EVEN IF ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED; By purchasing our items you fully agree to the terms and conditions stated within. If you do not agree to these terms we ask that you please do not purchase our items.
In addition, if an item says free shipping on the listing we still paid to have the item shipped to you. If an item with free shipping is returned, the actual cost of shipping to you will be deducted from any and all refunds.
We do our best to accurately describe each item to the best of our ability. If an item is sold as new it means the item has been checked and it doesn't show any signs of being opened. Some new items may have been opened by us to assure proper packing materials are in the package to assure safe shipment, these items are labeled as New Open Box.
Please remember when you are buying a used item do not expect to receive a “NEW” item.
