Shipping

Our goal is to ship all orders within one business day. That isn’t always possible, but all orders of in stock items will be shipped no later than three business day after payment is received. In the rare case that an item is out of stock, you will be contacted by customer service; and you will be given the opportunity to wait for the item; or you may decide to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Weekends / Holidays

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, please do note that there will be a slight delay, and we appreciate your patience.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with any purchase, we gladly accept returned merchandise within 30 days of its receipt — provided that items are still new, unused, and in the same box or container within which it was shipped to you. If you wish to return an item, please send us an e-mail, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Did we make a mistake? Please notify us within 10 days of any discrepancies in your received order. That way we can fix the problem ASAP.

When you contact us to return an item, you will be provided with a return address and a return merchandise number (RMA number). We do not list a specific return address because not all items are returned to the same place. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package before sending it to us. Writing the RMA number on the outside of the box speeds up the return process.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? We do not process traditional exchanges. Instead, simply follow the return process listed above. Then place a new order for the correct item. By doing exchanges this way, we reduce your wait time and ensure you get the item you want as soon as possible.

We prefer that you pay via PayPal, an online service that allows you to transfer money and make payments online. Once you create a PayPal account, you can choose the method of payment you wish to use. PayPal lets you link your bank account, debit card, or credit card directly to your PayPal account, making online payments simple and secure. PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

International Buyers

We prefer to ship items priced above $40 via USPS Express Mail International as that is the only method that provides tracking all the way to your home. We sometimes will ship via FedEx, which also tracks for you. If you wish to have us ship using a less safe method, please contact us and we will work it out with you. However, we do ask that you accept responsibility for the item once it is handed off to Customs, as that is where the tacking will end for your shipment.

Import duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping, and are solely the buyers responsibility. Please check with your customs office to find out what these charges may be before buying or bidding.

Please be sure the item you purchase will clear customs. We will not be responsible for items that don't clear customs. If you aren't sure, please contact your customs office before buying or bidding, as they will be able to tell you whether the item will be allowed to clear customs. If the item is returned to us you will receive a full refund minus a 10% restocking and processing charge. If you do not receive the item, and it is not returned to us, you will not receive a refund.
