This is a genuine Meyer Mate XL sander. This is a strap mounted poly hopper sander. Simple, light weight, and easy to use for mid sized jobs. Item includes wiring harness for vehicle, controller, and the mounting straps to hold it to the tailgate of a truck. With the in cab dash mounted control you can set it to toss sand while you sit back and drive. Unit is capable of throwing sand / salt blends. Very versatile and easy to use. This spreader is a good little addition to a serious company looking to either extend its business or add more capabilities to its service roster. This sander does require the additional support of a step type bumper to support the bottom of the hopper assembly. Simply strap this to the tailgate, fill it up and you are ready to throw sand, salt, or calcium for proper snow and ice management. Offered here at a low price please keep your offers reasonable. This item does have the older controller and is of older stock but still will work just fine.

This item ships out freight truck. This requires special handling on the buyers part. First off we will need a good daytime phone number to provide to the freight company. The freight company calls to schedule delivery times. Second the freight is heavy and the truck driver does not unload the item from the truck. You are responsible for unloading all cargo from the freight truck. They do offer special services, such as lift gate and doc delivery. These services and others are not part of the freight costs in this auction and are the buyers responsibility. Freight delivery is not available to all areas in some cases small streets or far out dirt road applications are not delivered to in these cases you may have to drive to the local freight hub to pick up your item from the shipping company. You generally know if you live in one of these areas. Layton Truck does not cover any additional freight charges. They will go through all additional services and special delivery options with you.

We are now shipping via USPS, this allows us to ship out to to Alaska, and Hawaii using priority packages. If you want to purchase a item and have it shipped to either of those locations please contact us if it is not offered in the shipping terms. It is probably due to size restrictions, however we may be able to remove the item from its packaging to ship it to you. If you do select the USPS freight option we may alter the original packaging to make it fit into the USPS boxes. Please let us know if this is or is not a option for you.
