★ Shipping and Handling

• We ship daily Monday - Friday ( 9am - 5pm ) business days.
  
• All items are shipped via Registered Post from Taiwan. Tracking number is available and will also be uploaded on ebay.
• Delivery time takes approximately 10 to 21 business days to arrive, it depends on customs inspection and location.
• We are not responsible for any delay cause by customs inspection.
• We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and tariffs charged by customs in your country.
• We are responsible for any packages that are lost but not damaged if the insurance is not purchased.
• Shipping and handling rate is fixed and non-refundable. There will be no exception.
• We only ship to PayPal confirm address. Please confirm your shipping address is correct at the time of payment.
• If you do not receive your item over 30 business days, please contact us or your Post Office with the tracking number.

★ Registered Post

• The registered tracking number will be scanned and recorded by the custom once it arrived the country.
  
• The tracking number only to prevent lost package. It shows the weight, destination and ship date on proof of receipt.
  
• Not every post service provide instant delivery status on its website for overseas parcel.

• If notice left from post office, please contact your local post with tracking number for the pick up details.
