It is Royal Mail's responsibility for item(s) that may get lost or damaged in the post and not ours AquaHeaven's, therefore we do get proof of postage for every item we send out and will be happy to supply you with a copy of the receipt should you need to make a claim. |

All items will be securely shipped via a reliable source within 3 business/working days.

We ONLY accept returns within 30 days of dispatch. If there is damage to the item (Non Electrical) with regards to manufacture then customer must inform us within 1 day of receiving of the item either via email or eBay message. Failure to do so will result in non refund of total value of item. In all other cases a 10% administrative cost will be deducted from original cost. After 10 days we will not be liable to refund. Please note we check every item before it is sent No refunds will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situation beyond our control, If your order is damaged during shipping, you must take this up with the carrier as we will no be held liable.
Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in its original packaging it was received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses both-ways and there are no exceptions.
Any electrical items that prove to be faulty must be returned to the manufacturer not ourselves. Some items come with a warranty, this is with the manufacturer and not AquaHeaven so we will not refund or exchange for goods that are faulty or broken after 30days of purchase.
When returning an item please include your ebay user name and details reason for return or fault details.
If you don not include this information we can not issue a refund.
