Miniature klukflaske, or Kluk-Kluk decanter, with opalescent 'Cascade' decoration and clear ball-shaped stopper

The decanter is a 'frigger' (or 'fusk' / 'søle') item from the glass factory - a non-standard item made by a glassmaker in their own time for amusement. The decanter is much much smaller than the standard klukflasker, being only 85mm / 3.3" tall.

The decoration is from the 'Cascade' series devised by Per Lütken in 1969, and comprises coloured glass chips thrown into the molten glass immediately prior to blowing. It is subsequently cased in clear glass.

Delivery

Delivery is free within mainland United Kingdom for all purchases.

Delivery is free for orders under 2kg within Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Courier charges will apply thereafter. Please contact before placing your order if you are unsure of your address' status or require a quotation for delivery charges.

International deliveries are available at competitive courier rates for all items. We will combine multiple purchases, where possible, to keep shipping costs to a minimum

All of our items are delivered by a third party provider, and are electronically tracked and insured. We will use either Royal Mail / ParcelForce, My Hermes or FedEx, depending on the parcel size, its value and its destination.

We aim to have items parcelled and sent out for delivery within three working days of payment being received, although this may be longer during especially busy times of year (i.e. Christmas) or if severe weather prohibits it. You will be notified of any delays where possible.

Extra Delivery Charges:
Extra delivery charges may be incurred if your items are returned to us as undelivered because you were not home to take receipt of them and failed to rearrange a delivery with the courier or postal carrier. You may further be liable for any return costs levied by the courier for parcels undelivered.

14-Day Returns:
For goods that are damaged or significantly not as described - please see Condition clause below. Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are received damaged or not as described.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days of receiving the item, starting the day after you took receipt of the delivery. You will be refunded your payment and the original shipping costs. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

Items must be returned to us in the condition they were sent in. Any items sold sealed in original packaging must be returned unopened.

Condition:
Please notify us of defects, such as missing parts or damage, within 14 working days of delivery and additionally, wherever possible, by describing the defects on the proof of delivery document you are asked to sign by the courier.

In such instances we will refund all costs, including any associated return costs, upon receipt of the returned goods.

The terms 'damage' or 'significantly not as described' would not cover very minor wear alluded to, but not specifically outlined, in the condition report (i.e. 'near mint'), nor the presence of common artifacts from production methods such as small imperfections in handmade glass or pottery.

We take attributions seriously at Wilson & Coleman, and have a sizeable library of reference literature to draw upon when it comes to describing what we sell.

If you see an item with a definitive attribution you know that we're as certain as we can be. If we've exhausted all the options, and there remains a small element of doubt, we will refer to the item as 'after' the designer or manufacturer, or append '(attrib.)' to their name.

But no one is infallible, and even the best reference sources can contain mistakes. To this end, we offer a twelve month full money-back guarantee for any items discovered to be by a manufacturer or designer other than that stated. The refund will include your original postage costs and costs you incur when returning it. The item must be received by us in the condition by which it was sold.

To qualify, you must have purchased an item with a definitive attribution within the last 12 months, and you will be required to provide written evidence that our information is incorrect from a reputable source, such as a specialist auction house or authoratitive dealer, or to direct us to a printed source, such as a respected book on the subject.
