Items will not ship until payment has been received in full.

Items are shipped as per the listing and via the most appropriate service;

Melbourne Metro - Courier Service, Australia Post or Local Pick Up
(Courier service within Melbourne Metro: $11)

VIC Country/Interstate - Australia Post or TNT/most applicable freight company

Combined shipping is available - please contact us with regards to your specific requirements.

All other pricing is subject to the individual item's size/weight with postage and handling charged accordingly.

Bulky items are generally delivered using TNT or by Courier. TNT and Couriers CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes, so there must be someone home to sign and receive the product.

Handling

All items listed are in stock and ready for shipping within 48 hours of receiving payment. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email including relevant tracking number. We are happy to combine postage on multiple items.

Returns Policy

We will accept any returned item within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged In Transit:

Please inspect your delivery immediately as it arrives and notify us by email if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Item Received:

If you have not received the item that you ordered, please notify us by email. If you were sent the incorrect item in error, we will pay all postage costs to rectify the problem. If the item received is due to incorrect selection and the correct item is required, we will accept the item as a return at 100% of the purchase value providing the item and packaging are in the same condition as they were when it was originally sent by us. However, the purchaser will be required to pay the postage to return the original item and resend the replacement. Items must be returned before replacements will be sent.

Refunds:

Refunds without exchange can be issued if you are not happy with your purchase, however a 15% restocking fee will be charged to assist with covering costs associated with the transaction. The buyer will be responsible for all postage and handling charges involved in the transaction.

Bidding/Buying

We allow up to 10 days before a non paying bidder alert is filed. If you require more time please ask us before you make the purchase. If we have not received the payment or contact from you within 10 days of the item purchase we reserve the right to sell the item to someone else.

Warranty

No warranty is offered on any item unless otherwise stated.
