Auction Sales Policy:

•  Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.
• We don't ship to bidders with UNCONFIRMED Paypal address or UNVERIFIED Paypal payment. Please verify your Paypal account and confirm your address in Paypal before sending the payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse payment from buyers with low feedback, excessive negative feedback, suspicious account, or unconfirmed Paypal address.
• Payment must be made within 3 days, or an unpaid item dispute will be opened on Ebay and you will receive negative feedback. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before bidding, NOT after you've paid.

Shipping Detail:

•  We always use Hong Kong Post register airmail (called Global Priority Mail in some countries) to deliver the items. This door to door service takes around 15-25 working days on average. Sometimes, some countries such as Brazil, Germany, France,  Spain, Finland, Norway, etc.... may take 18-35 working days. It might takes longer time if there's peak holiday time or any delay occurs.  We will send an email notification after the item posted.
• We provide Worldwide shipping. The shipping and handling charges are the same. The items are well-packed and ready to be shipped to your PayPal registered address within 1-2 working days after completed and cleared payment. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before pay.
• We only ship to the approved address given in PayPal payment. Please make sure payment address in PayPal is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are NOT in our full refund or replacement policy.
• A notification email will be sent to buyer after item is posted. Please email us if you don't receive our email after 3 days after payment sent.
• It is highly recommend for you to provide us your phone number to be put on to the shipping address label. Sometimes it will be faster for delivery.
• Canada buyers : Please tell us your phone number because it must appear on the shipping address label.

Payment & Tax Info:

• We only accept PayPal for the payment.
• A non-payment dispute will be opened if full payment is not received after 14 days of auction.
• All the items will be showed at low value. Usually, the buyer may not need to pay the custom charges. However, if there is still customs charges, buyer should pay for it.

Return Policy:

• If you would like to refund or exchange the product for any reason, please bring into our attention ASAP and we are willing to refund/exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Returns after this period will NOT be accepted.
• All returns must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment.
• Postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for exchange/return items.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling, insurance costs related to returning the item. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right to reject any returns if the proper guidelines are not followed.
