After listening to customer feedback, probing to find out what you expect from your shower we have developed a new way for you interact with your shower wit the Glass Control panel featuring bluetooth connectivity. The overhead shower has been improved to provide a wider coverage with greater flow. The seat is a work of art, being both comfortable and very stylish.
The LW27 Is a Rectangular 2 Person Shower Cubicle that does not require any grouting or tiling, simply install the shower in your space, connect to the water & power and your shower is complete.
At 1400mm x 900mm It will sit perfectly in the corner of your bathroom, and whilst it has a compact footprint the sense of space inside is in no way diminished. This model can have the door opening on either the left side or the right hand side of the enclosure which is how the main image is shown.

Installation guidelines:
100mm clearance must be allowed for between the cabin roof and ceiling to allow adequate venting. It is essential that a fully qualified electrician and fully qualified plumber install the unit in accordance with current regulations. The product requires hard wiring into the mains.
We Highly Recommend Pressure Equalising Valve for use with Combi Boilers to Ensure Balanced Hot & Cold water is supplied to shower unit.

Water supply requirement: separate hot and cold inputs are required, each at a pressure of 1.5 - 3 Bar. NB: if the water pressure is below this range a twin negative head pump must be used to boost the hot and cold supply.
A pump must not be used on the output of a combi boiler.
Electrical: This steam shower cabin requires 1 x 13amp electrical supply. It comes with a plug and RCD fitted, however we recommend you remove the plug and have the cabin installed to a fused spur. If you have an RCD fitted within your mains board you may also remove the RCD fitted to the shower flex.
Water: The cabin requires 1 x hot and 1 x cold water supply. The household water pipes should be fed to a point approximately 1 metre off the floor in the corner where the cabin is to be fitted. Balanced water pressure is required, between 1.5-3 bar. If using a gravity fed system we recommend you use a shower pump, to provide the required water pressures. We do not supply shower pumps.
The shower cabin is a freestanding product and as such we would recommend your fitter does not fit the shower into locations that mean the cabin cannot be moved away from the wall if needed. Please ensure you have 300mm free space either side of the shower for assembly and servicing purposes The couplings on the cabin to connect to your water supply are standard 15mm compression fittings.
Some of our products arrive in large boxes, please ensure that you have enough room to manoeuvre the boxes and their contents to the installation location.

Q: Where do the electrics and water pipes connect?
A: These are connected directly behind the Aluminium Panel approx 1m up from the floor, the shower comes with 1m of flexi pipes to connect to your plumbers fixed pipes.
Q: Will this shower work with my Gravity Fed System?
A: Yes, although you will require a shower pump with a pressure of at least 1.5 Bar although we recommend you have at least 2 BAR minimum!
Q: Will this work with my Combi Boiler System?
A: Yes, most combi boiler systems provide adequate warm water pressure. You may require a pump for your cold water pressure to boost it to the same pressure as your warm water.
Q: Can I use mains pressure on the cold water feed?
A: Yes, although you will be required to use a pressure equalising valve to ensure that the hot and cold water pressures are equal. If the pressures are not equal this can cause the thermostatic valve to stop working, if the valve stops working due to non equal water the replacement valve is not covered under the terms of warranty due to the shower being installed incorrectly!
Q: Is There an aromatherapy "smelly oils" option available?
A: Our units have an aromatherapy option included as standard you can add the oils to an outlet on the steam outlet. You can enjoy all their beautiful aroma?s whilst having a relaxing steam shower and listening to your favourite music via the built-in radio.
Q: How is the shower connected to the electrics?
A: The showers electric mains can be plugged directly into a standard 13A socket OUTSIDE of the bathroom. Its advisable to connect the shower within the bathroom via a flex outlet plug fused at 13A with external double pole isolation on a IP56 connection. This will require removal of the factory fitted plug and qualified electrician should be employed. Removing fitted plug will NOT invalidate the warranty at all!
Q: Can I connect my Ipod / MP3 Player or CD Player?
A: Yes, There is a Phono Connection socket (Normally RED) where you can connect to your device via a phono cable (Phono cable is not supplied)

Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or eCheque!
We use various Courier Companies for delivery of goods depending on the size and quanity of goods purchased. We always aim to dispatch goods within 7-10 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) if the product is in stock and our courier company may take up to 5-7 working days (excluding Public & Bank Holidays) to deliver goods again depending on size, quanity of goods purchased and location of goods to be delivered, unless a specific date has been pre-arranged.
We always try to dispatch our goods as quickly as possible but cannot always guarantee delivery timescales we use 3rd Party Delivery Companies who do not offer a guarantee delivery date or time!
All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If the driver refuses to wait while you check the goods then you must SIGN DAMAGED & Driver Could Not Wait! If you have requested for someone else other than the Purchaser to sign for the goods then you also accept that you have advised them of all of the above!
If nobody is available to receive the goods on the delivery date there will be a £30 redelivery fee for the 2nd attempt, if this is also missed a refund will be sent minus at all Ebay, paypal, delivery costs and 10% admin fee.

Product warranty covers parts only (not wear & tear or neglect) for 1 year unless otherwise specified. An installation invoice from a professional installer must be provided in the event of a warranty claim. We do not cover courier costs in any case. Faulty parts must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacement parts at our expense. All responsibility of goods lies with the buyer once they have been received. Please note that we do not cover damages caused during the installation process of your goods in any situation.

Faulty Goods: You must notify our office within 48 Hours of finding the manufacturing fault through eBay where we will try to diagnose the faulty part etc. We will arrange for replacement parts or whole items to be delivered to you at NO COST TO YOU to help replace the part you accept that we do not offer labour in replacing Faulty parts! Do not book your installer until you have received and checked all the goods are present and are in good non faulty condition. No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted. We do not cover for consequential loss, labour costs either way! If you wish to cancel your order after receiving goods which are not damaged or faulty then the items may be returned if you contact us within 48HRS 1 days by email through eBay, [email removed by eBay] or phone (0844 665 3812) for a RMA (Return merchandise authorisation) which must be shown outside the package. Any items returned without a RMA will be refused by our goods inwards department. We do not refund courier costs either way. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover.
