Please pay using your Paypal account, by personal cheque, postal order, or call us on 01700 80 50 50 to pay over the phone using a debit/credit card.
We would very much appreciate payment as promptly as possible so we can get all orders out before our 3.30pm cut off time.

Governing Law

HOTGOLF LTD submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts; in accordance with the laws of England.

Pricing

In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postages charges apply for any order.

Product Warranties

Goods for sale from HOTGOLF LTD are supplied with the manufacturer's full warranty unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Rate of delivery is clearly stated with each individual product.  Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

Order Acceptance

Your order is not accepted until your PAYPAL payment is cleared.
Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. 
HOTGOLF LTD reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order. 
All goods remain the property of HOTGOLF LTD until paid for in full.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods. 
If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition to qualify for a full refund
Please note that cancellation of custom fit or logo orders may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at hotgolf@tiscali.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.

Returns & FAQ's

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.  Please package up securely and include details of your order number and whether a replacement or refund is required.  Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving the items.  Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it.  If the item is not as described, damaged or if an incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us up to the value £3.99.  Please ensure the item is sent back exactly how received.
