Payment Methods
Please complete the eBay checkout within three days of the auction/fixed priced closing date. Payment is requested within seven days.
Please note that for the International orders we accept the payment through PayPal only while our local customers can also pay through Postal Orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Due to the dramatic increase in price with Royal Mail prices.Your bought item will be sent via Royal Mail Or Hermes depending on the most economical means as per your post code as we try to pass the savings to our customers. If your tracking number ends with letters "GB" it means your item has been dispatched via Royal Mail and your tracking id contains just the numbers your item has been dispatched via Hermes. You can track the parcel at www.myhermes.co.uk and track.royalmail.com respectively. We post the item same or next working day depending on the purchase time after the payment has been received.
If you are unable to accept your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail / Hermes sorting office . The card will always be left in your letter box. Please contact the relevant courier to reclaim your item. If they are returned back to us there will be a surcharge of 3.50 will apply as we get charged to this amount if the item is sent back to us .
If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item please have a look at our return policy below which is Returns are accepted only in its original condition, Item must be returned within 14 days of the receipt. They are not accepted if worn, deshaped, decoloured, or in a condition they can't be sold again. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers.
