Light Set Information

We only stock lights and decorations which are compliant with all current UK electrical safety regulations. Where applicable, we ensure that spare lamps are produced for all of the brands that we sell, unlike many cheaper budget or chain-store manufactured light sets. All our mains-powered fairy light sets come fitted with UK plugs and are designed for UK 230-250v mains supplies. They can be used in other 230-250v countries by using a travel adaptor and in 110-120v countries with the aid of a suitable voltage converter (not included). All ebay items are in stock at the time of listing and available quantities are updated daily. In the unlikely circumstance that an item is purchased on ebay which has just been sold in our retail store we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a refund. Both ourselves and the manufacturers sell out of popular seasonal lines rapidly so please be aware that limited stocks of some items are available. We recommend purchasing early to avoid disappointment.

Postage Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually same-day for orders placed before 1pm. During extremely busy periods this may not always be possible, but every effort is made to do so.  We post every weekday, using Royal Mail or courier services. While most items are delivered within 1-3 days, postal delivery times may vary, especially during holiday periods. Ebay's estimated delivery date is based on average postal times supplied by Royal Mail or couriers and is not a guaranteed date (although many orders arrived earlier than estimated). Any courier prices quoted are for standard UK mainland delivery areas. If you require delivery to the Highlands & Islands postcode areas or Northern Ireland, please contact us with your location for a postage quote before purchasing. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/inaccessible address or because it has not been collected from a shipping depot then alternative delivery options will be offered at an additional charge. Please check that your registered address in ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to, and that all details such as house numbers and postcodes are included. If you require shipping to a different address then this can be changed during the checkout process. If you would like to collect an order please send us a message so that we can make sure that the item is ready for collection on your preferred date. Orders can be collected 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

International Postage

We are happy to post items to most international locations. Please select your country in the shipping tab to see delivery rates. We regret that we no longer offer shipping to Africa, Romania or Italy. International shipping excludes any items on the Royal Mail hazardous materials list such as aerosols, flammable liquids or certain types of batteries. Most items are sent by Royal Mail Small Packet Airmail or by Royal Mail International Signed For services. International buyers are responsible for any customs charges which may apply in their country of residence. We recommend checking customs value thresholds before ordering. The maximum weight for Small Packet Airmail parcels is 2kg. Any combined orders which total over this weight limit may be sent in separate consignments. If you would like to place a bulk order then please contact us as cheaper courier options may be available.
