Damages
in Transit
If
upon receipt of your items they appear damaged in anyway please
refuse delivery and write the word "Damaged" above your
signature (if necessary) and let us know straight away by phone or
email.
Replacement item/s will be sent where possible or full/part
refund, store
credit or an alternative item
will be offered.
Goods that have been signed for as received in good condition which
have indeed been damaged in transit, are unable to be collected at a
later date and refunds will not apply, so please check your item
carefully before signing for it as "received in good
condition".
Problems
Upon
receipt of your item please let us know if there are any issues, such
as missing or damaged parts, which were not noticed when delivery was
taken, and we will resolve them as quickly as we can, please do not
leave feedback without contacting
us first as we work hard to maintain a good feedback score and
are always happy to help but cannot do this unless we are made aware
of any problems.
Collections
The collection of goods is
always welcome but please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to
collection as items sometimes require
time to be got
from stock and
