You are looking at a Vintage, Antique 14 Karat Gold Red Stone Ring.

I received this ring from my grandmother who is a huge antique and jewelry collector and former business owner.

This ring is marked "585" on the side of the inside of the band. The red stone in the ring is not a ruby, but just a regular stone. The ring is in excellent, near mint condition.
