If you would like to cancel an order please email us via ebay, if the item has not been dispatched we will refund your money and cancel the order.

Please do let us know if you receive faulty item as most of the items comes with manufacturer warranty therefore can be replaced, but buyer will be responsible for the postage & packing charges in case of replacements or returns as the amount will be already paid for the P&P and handling services.
