To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout, by pressing the 'Buy it Now' button at the top of this page. For multiple purchases please use the add to basket option before making payment.

Payment by Debit or Credit Card

You no longer need to have, or create, a Paypal account to make a purchase - All Major Credit and Debit Cards can be used at the payment stage. To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout and select the option 'Don't have a PayPal Account' when asked for your PayPal login deails. You will then be asked for your card details to complete your purchase.

Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email, a VAT invoice will be supplied on request.

Orders placed online are received within minutes via our secure server and sent to our warehouse for picking. Orders placed by phone are taken manually, then entered into our computer system and sent for payment processing before being sent to our warehouse for picking. Order Placed: Saturday/Sunday - dispatched Monday
Order Placed: Monday to Friday before 1.00pm - mostly dispatched same day
Order Placed: Monday to Friday after 1.00pm - dispatched next working day

Estimated Delivery Times

Royal Mail 1st Class post - estimated delivery times are within 1-3 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class post - estimated delivery times are within 2-4 working days
Royal Mail Tracked - estimated delivery times are within 2-3 working days
Parcel Force 24 hr or TNT, Deltec delivery - Next working day if ordered by 1.00pm
My Hermes delivery - 4 - 5 working day if ordered by 1.00pm

Here at FirePlug our aim is provide the best service possible, we use serveral courier services such as TnT, Deltec, My Hermes, Royal Mail to name but a few. Please note that our cut off point for next working day is 1pm weekdays. Our offices are open from 7 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday, However we are not open on weekends.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Please read this policy completely before returning an item

If you paid by PayPal please use the eBay returns flow to return an item. You will find full details at HTTPS://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/buy/return-item.html

When using the eBay Returns Flow - PLEASE ensure you fill in the Notes box with details of the reason for return.
Once you have emailed your request for return we will issue a unique identification number which should be included with the returned goods. By using your identification number we are able to ensure a swift refund or exchange of item.

Your Right to Cancel*

• You must advise us of your intent to cancel within 14 days of the date of delivery via the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on the item listing.
• We will reply via the eBay messaging system to advise the returns process and address. Please do not return the item until you have heard from us.
• Returned items must be complete in unused condition and in the original packaging.
• We will acknowledge receipt of the returned item by email to your registered email address.
• A full refund of the order total will be made by the original payment method within 7 working days.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless faulty or damaged) and insurance.
• If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Incorrect item received

• If you have received an incorrect product please accept our sincere apologies and let us know as soon as possible via the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on the item listing.
• We will reply via the eBay messaging system to advise the returns process and address. Please do not return the item until you have heard from us.
• We will refund you the cost of the return postage, details of which will be sent to you along with your returns number.

Faulty products

• You must advise us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault via the 'Ask Seller a Question' link on the item listing or by email to cfp.ltd@hotmail.com
• If the fault has been reported within 6 months of receipt we will refund the cost of the return postage on arrival; please post your goods back to us using the most economical postage method (1st or 2nd class signed for post is recommended). Where an item is returned after 6 months for any reason we will not refund the cost of return postage.
• Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the warranty period we will at our discretion offer a replacement (replacement parts) or refund.

What is not covered?

• Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. blades, brushes, belts, bulbs, batteries etc.
• Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
• Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
• Change or modification of the product in any way.
• Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not Manufacturer genuine components.
• Faulty installation if applicable.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than FirePlug Fire & Acoustics or its authorised repair agents.
• Claims, other than the right to correction of faults with the product covered by these conditions.
• Slight deviations from the specification that do not affect the functionality of the product
