as per title  is a Vintage NOS Classic 80's Cinelli 1A Stem front of stem Replacement Badge 

for second generation 1R stem badge depicts Cinelli flying C logo

useful spare for your vintage workshop or to replace a faded or lost badge

This would be a great complement to any vintage lightweight restore project or just to upgrade your vintage ride.
