Thule Towbar mounted 2 bike rack, comes complete with the spanner and straps, in very good condition with only a couple of minor marks as shown in photos 3 & 4 but these are hardly visible.
I bought the rack about 3 years ago; it has only been used a few times and has been sitting in the garage ever since as we sold our towbar equipped car when we stopped caravanning. It is complete, all functioning and in very good condition. The rack fits on to your tow bar and can carry two bikes up to a maximum weight of 30kg. The rack itself weighs 9kg. The rack has a tilting mechanism so that the tailgate can be opened whilst the bikes are mounted. The bikes are secured using quick release straps which are all present. There is a fold up central bar to keep the bikes vertical and seperated from each other to avoid damaging the bikes. It is very easy to connect the electrics using the standard socket and all you would need to do is purchase a registration plate which clips on easily (All plastic numberr plate clips present); overall a handy design which is strong but not too bulky.
