Cheque or Postal Orders Please allow 5 working days for cheques and bankers drafts to clear.Payments are to be made payable to A Howard.We sell a lot of items both on eBay and through our website so please do not just put a cheque in the post without including any information. We need your eBay user name and item number OR a good description of what payment is for. We also need your delivery address and contact numbers included. If you do not supply us with this information then your item(s) may well be delayed, this can take up to a day or two.

Items are dispatched Monday - Friday. All items paid for before 3pm will be sent the same working day.
UK All of our items have three delivery options for UK Customers, Standard, Recorded and Special Next Day. Most items require a signature on delivery (Some smaller and less valuable items will be sent without need of signature). If there is no-one available to sign for the item(s) a Card will be left explaining what p rocedure to take next.
You should receive your Item(s) within: Please Note – We despatch the item(s) the same day or the following day, Royal Mail estimate the Delivery times shown below. However in busy Periods they may take a little longer than expected. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel un-delivered until 15 working days (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of despatch, they will hold any undelivered/uncollected parcel for 3 weeks before returning to the sender. International International deliveries will be sent via International Signed For Airmail (Some less valuable items will be sent Standard Airmail unless the customer has paid signed for) Delivery timeframe Europe: 5 - 7 working days (approx) Delivery timeframe Outside EU / Worldwide: 7 - 14 working days (approx) however customs can stop a parcel for security checking, this can delay delivery time.
International Signed For items are given a tracking number which can be tracked upon leaving the UK
You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent. Please email us so we c an expect delivery stating your purchase and reason. Please include the invoice in your returns package to speed your refund. We will refund delivery costs if the goo ds are faulty but for all other returns we will not refund delivery costs.
