The Mercedes-Benz CLK Class coupe is the German marque's high spec luxury 2 door vehicle with class leading performance, road-holding and comfort. This vehicle had a price tag of over $100,000 when new and is known to be one of the better handling coupes in this class. The vehicle features Mercedes' renowned 2.3 litre 4 cylinder engine and smooth shifting 5 speed automatic transmission. The engine produces 142kw and a very respectable 280Nm allowing for effortless acceleration and cruising. This world class coupe consumes only 6.l/100kms on highways and 7.8l/100kms on a combined cycle. 

The car has been extremely well maintained by the previous owner, and presents in outstanding condition as can be seen by the photos below. The car has a full service history, and has been recently serviced.

The CLK230 Kompressor Elegance is packed with features including remote central locking, power steering, power windows, power mirrors, a 8 speaker hi-fi stereo with 10 CD stacker, alloy wheels, climate control (freezing cold a/c), electric sunroof, headrests, independent rear suspension for a comfortable drive, sports instruments, woodgrain dashboard/inserts, and a very comfortable full leather interior. 

The CLK230 has a huge array of safety features, including driver and passenger airbags, side airbags (1st row occupants), electronic stability control, traction control and disc brakes with ABS and brake assist.

This car is brilliant to drive, and feels very surefooted, powerful and refined. It can accelerate effortlessly, whilst also being very easy to drive around town and relaxing on the highway.

The condition of the car is as follows:

Paint and Body:  As can be seen by the photos and video, the car has paintwork that is in excellent condition and has no sign of any previous accident damage. There are only some very minor marks consistent with the age of the vehicle. The vehicle appears to have been garaged from new and is a credit to the previous owner. Overall, this is a brilliantly presented Mercedes-Benz that the new owner will be very proud of. 

Trim and Interior:  Overall in excellent condition. The vehicle comes with plush grey leather seats that are in excellent condition. The dash, door trims and carpets also present in excellent condition. All electric windows are functioning, the A/C and heater are working, as are all other electrics including cruise control and sunroof.

Mechanics and Road Performance:  The Mercedes drives and performs superbly. The engine is smooth, and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears. The steering on the car is very direct and responsive. The car is quiet with no rattles or squeaks as you would expect from a well kept Mercedes-Benz. Please note that there is slight pixelation in one of the digital displays. The CLK230 has AMG alloy wheels and is running Michelin tyres all round. The vehicle will be supplied with a Victorian RWC, registration until January 2015, and a 1 year warranty (extendible at purchaser's cost) that can be used anywhere in Australia.
