How calculate the price without VAT? 

The Subtotal amount (the amount without shipping cost) will be divided by 1.22 (the Italian 22 % of VAT ).

l’erogazione dell’espresso avviene abbassando la leva, dosando opportunamente la pressione sulla stessa

We sell new machines only

We are legitimate resellers of all the products we sell.

Please note that most of the machine we sell are tested at the manufacturers.

Due to this testing you could find water residual in the boiler of some espresso machines.

Import duties if any are NOT included, please refer to your customs agent or 

contact the Local Express Courier Branch (TNT, DHL, Fedex...) .

Plug

The electrical products come with Schuko plug , 220V/240V version , or US plug , 115V version.

Upon request we provide UK , Australian, Swiss  plug.

Shipping                                                                                           

We use only TNT for our transport, since other Express Couriers 

do not meet our safety standards in handling our products.

All the shipments get an insurance against damaging and lost in transit.

Should you notice any damage pls inform the courier immediately

and contact our company to open a claim.

We  recommend to you, after signing the delivery receipt, a

also write "subject to control"

This way we can claim damages to the product that occurred

during shipping which are not visible from the outside. 

Warranty

All of our products come with the full manufacturer warranty.  

According to the European Rules (European Union )

all the products come with a 24 months warranty when the client is an individual/private.

When the order is placed by a Company/Business name the warranty period is 12 months.

Warranty period outside European Union is 12 months.

In case of faulty product you need to get in touch with the our company first. 

We will give instructions how to manage the problem .

The client can be addressed to the local service center (if any ):alternatively we organize 

the collecting of the machine to be fixed or replaced by our technical service. 

This depends by the nature of the problem also.

Delivery

We know you will be excited about the purchase of your new equipment and 

will want it to arrive quickly, safely and in perfect working order.

If the delivery process does not meet your expectations, we want to hear about it.

In order to make sure your order is received on time and in in perfect condition, 

it is important that we explain how delivery works:

Delivery Date

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. 

Our shipping companie TNT Express provides an estimated

delivery day and will with forward this information to you.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.

Once the equipment has left our store you will receive a dispatch notice 

with a tracking number allowing you to track the goods

whereabouts online and save some time contacting us.

Make sure someone is home.

Our couriers attempt to deliver to business or home addresses between 9am and 5pm , Monday to Friday. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time. 

Therefore, if you’re not able to guarantee someone will be available to accept delivery,

please nominate an alternative address that is occupied all day. 

Should the courier not find anyone to accept the delivery, there will usually be an additional charge for redelivery. 

Equipment can not be delivered without a signed proof of delivery confirmation

collected by the delivery driver.

Correct address

Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. 

Should you enter the wrong address,  you will be liable for any redirection or redelivery charges.

Insurance

Any espresso machine or espresso grinder freighted with TNT Express is fully insured

from the time of pick-up to the time of delivery.

If the goods are not delivered and cannot be located within a reasonable timeframe, we will send a you replacement.

If your product arrives damaged, we will cover the reasonable cost of repair to the goods.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods as it appears on your  Invoice.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your shipping, 

the most important thing is to be patient while we solve the problem.

Your satisfaction is our primary concern.

If your order arrives damaged

For all insured goods, please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper.

If the box is visibly damaged, please inspect the item with the delivery driver and note the damage on 

the delivery confirmation then contact us immediately and DO NOT USE the machine. 

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Ensure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packaging material, etc.), as the shipper may want to inspect the package.

If your order doesn’t arrive

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. 

Once we learn an order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we will follow up with the courier. 

Please note that if an item is not delivered, we will ask you to wait for a reasonable period 

before dispatching a replacement item.

Replacement items will be dispatched solely at our discretion.

We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

By placing an order, you agree that a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement,

and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

We will also not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost,

stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
