The previous owner tried to remove the BB and has shredded the BB teeth in the process (both sides!!), from what I can see the BB is seized in so it won't be coming out anytime soon. It's not as smooth as I'd like but perfectly useable. You may choose to use it as is or you may want to remove it.
Be aware though that you'll have to cut it out as it is toothless.
It's a great base fro your Summer build or a project if you fancy tackling the BB.
