the first second you see someone else's ad brag about all the stuff you get for much
lower than regular price, PASS UP THEIR AD!  You have to make the choice
and STOP letting the retail world use SALES TACTICS to get your money!

Another reason why we dislike salespeople in general.  So many ads out there
CLAIMING to be high wattage and are FAR FROM IT.  True, we can say 
this is 2000 watts of power and NOT be lying outright, YET if you knew
TRUTH, you would change the way you think and HATE other sellers tactics just as much as we do! You want to know what one of our REAL 2000 watt systems would cost?  Most likely  3x's the price of this system!!!!

 

First off, a quick history lesson on karaoke systems , live sound expectations or misleading paths that many other sellers set up for consumers. If you were to talk to some of your veteran karaoke host that take absolute pride in their craft and do NOT cheat the system, nor cut corners.
nearly 100% of them would tell you that there is no such thing as a good system for anywhere less than $3,000.00 (equipment only)

Now here is where they are RIGHT & WRONG in the same breath.  They are right in the sense that truly having rock solid quality requires a larger investment.  They are RIGHT!  Yet where they are wrong is the fact that some people MUST buy within their budget.  Nothing wrong with that as long as you are HONEST with yourself and REFUSE to let others trick you into thinking otherwise.
You can still take pride spending less ONLY IF you truly NEED to stay within that budget.  Everyone in life must take a flight of steps to get to the top of their game.  It's when you purposely cut corners and spend based upon simply trying to be CHEAP,  is when you have gone all wrong from the start. (Sorry, this is the rare truth that we are willing to tell you).

This system is exactly what we call it.  The PEAVEY "Pro on a budget" Series!  We kept thinking of what it took to pass that line from questionable sound to proud of your start in this industry.  TRUE, anything we price below $2,000 to us is simply at the bottom of a REALISTIC entry level.  (REMEMBER: We see a much larger picture than most people do).

Let's go over one of the biggest factors to look at when choosing a system.  We have two categories for entry level systems.  Your traditional karaoke system that most vendors throw in your face is the easy to use karaoke amplifier type system.  Nothing wrong with that as it has it's place.  Yet make no mistake about it, a Live sound setup like this is superior if you are willing to spend the time to adjust to it.  In fact, when you break down the sections of the mixer and just MEMORIZE
what it does, that's when you say "That was actually easier than I thought"  & like one of our most recent customers that bought a system like this "I am glad I did because I see the difference in running a system like this"

This system is designed to meet this price range/budget.  YES, there are many things you can do to enhance it, YET that adds money and that's why we have so many different levels to look at.  We are even willing to tell you what we wish were different if there was a little more money to spend.  1). The mixer is very compact in this system, in there to help stay within a certain budget.
Yet if we had our way, we would be choosing their 10 channel instead of their 6 channel.  One reason why we would do that is because we believe it has better control over the sound.  When you speak to us, we will explain the differences as it takes more than just writing 
a couple sentences to express.  

MICROPHONES:  You notice we are using (2) corded microphones.  Hmmm, why not wireless mics?  Because we would have to HONESTLY bump up the price another $100 to feel comfortable knowing that we could get wireless that would match the quality of the corded mics.  Here is the secret of having a corded microphone vs a wireless mic.  True, wireless gives you freedom
to move & IF you can spend more money, go with wireless mics, YET understand that there is ALWAYS a reason why systems cost what they do, there are pros and cons to every move you make.  Having a corded mic means you spent most of your money on the quality of the mic.  Whereas if you have wireless, you just spent most of your money on the TECHNOLOGY, not the quality.
Don't get us wrong, we could easily put a set of wireless mics with this package and bump up the price about $65 and you might never understand/catch the difference.  This is a matter of spending time speaking to us and understanding the differences, how choice A is different than choice B and so forth.  

SPEAKERS:  "Awarded product of the year!"  What can we say other than you CAN'T find  a overall better speaker for the price range the speaker is in.  So if you were to try and find another 12 inch powered speaker WITH built in DSP FULL processing, you simply would not
find a better one when comparing apple to apple.  Then to top it off.  UNLIKE so many other systems if not just about ALL of them.  This one has ALL Peavey Speakers, Mics, Mixer & ALL with a 3yr. warranty!!!!!!  4 x's as long as 99.9% of EVERYTHING else you look at comparable in price / apple for apple comparison.  True, there is always better out there, that's why we have so many options available.  Now, what are some things we don't like about the speakers.  Actually, for their price, we should never complain.  Yet we want you to understand that no matter how many people online try to hype up these new Dark Matter speakers.  Just know that Dark Matter is just a really cool name, it does not mean it is better than our personal entry level favorite PVX series.  It's hard to explain, we get spoiled with a certain sounding speaker and sometimes it becomes more and more difficult to listen to the cheaper systems.  Now why would we say this?  Because we truly care about giving you the REAL pro's and cons to a system.  We don't mind telling you what we dislike about our own systems.  It is when you think of the overall price, the time spent putting the system 
together, etc.  That's when the realistic side of you still says, I get it, you get what you pay for, fair sound for an even fairer price.  Hope that made sense :-)
