Moringa is a tree, and various parts of the plants are edible. Some people use the pods in cooking, while others eat the leaves. You can additionally press oil from the seeds, or eat the roots. The plant also has flowers, which are comparable to mushrooms.

Traditional medicine uses the roots, leaves and seeds in their medicinal recipes. There isn’t much this plant can’t do! The leaves can be cooked like spinach, or they can be dried and used in soups or other recipes.

The pods can be eaten like nuts, and the roots can be diced up and used as a sauce similar to our use for horseradish.

HOW TO GROW

Sow Moringa seeds 20mm deep into small pots.

Keep soil moist and leave in sunny position.

Soil must have good drainage.

Lightly water once per day until sprouts.

Seeds should germinate after within a week.

Transplant to bigger pot or ground

when plant reaches 30cm high.

The final resting position should be in full sun.

Wet paper towel method (Great for all tropical fruit seeds) Place some tissue or paper towel into a container and add water to dampen tissue/ paper towel then cover with cling film or something used as a cover to keep water from evaporating & transplant the seeds into sunny position.

What you pay is what Australia Post charges me, plus a small handling fee to cover packing materials. Final postage total does depend on the seeds/plant varieties purchased as some items have larger/heavier than others so cost more to post but some are qualify for combine postage in one parcel.

To get combined postage just make each purchase on Ebay but don't press the 'Pay Now' button after each purchase. Once you have finished buying, then press the 'Pay Now' button and an option appears at the top that says 'Request Total'. Press this one and I then get an email to tell me to combine the items into one invoice for combined postage. I then send you a final invoice for payment.
