Now, what could we have done different?  It depends because we design systems based upon customers needs.  So the  person that may use this system might have different wants/needs than the next guy.  One size never fits all.  Example of adjustments that could be made based upon 
the customers wishes.  Sometimes people will choose all wireless mics
instead of having corded mics and cables laying on the stage. YET we know from all the years we have had stage performers. Corded mics
are the safest & most durable solution. 

OR lets take the mixer for example.  Presonus has always been a rock solid go to solution.  Easily record your mix too with super simple one touch recording.  Then yet there may be times where one may prefer a digital mixer which sometimes can be a little more work to use.  What are the pros of maybe changing the mixer to a digital/analog hybrid?
The BIGGEST advantage of digital is controlling the mixer from an ipad and still have the backup of going to mixer and physically adjusting if the ipad app fails.
