Übersicht:
Das kompakte Multi-Port-MIDI-Interface
von Avid; M-Audio MIDISport 2x2™ ist
als USB MIDI-Interface sowohl am Windows PC’s als auch am Macintosh
(Mac OS und OS X) über den (USB) Universal Serial Bus einsetzbar.
MIDISport 2x2™ bietet 32 MIDI-Eingangskanäle
(2 Ports) und 32 Kanäle auf
der Ausgangsseite (2 Ports). Alle Ports
verfügen über eine LED-Statusanzeige. Es ist daher bestens für
den gleichzeitigen Anschluss mehrerer Peripheriegeräte an den Rechner
geeignet und vermeidet gleichzeitig die Verzögerungen langer MIDI-Thru-Geräteketten.
Über die Thru-Funktion verbinden Sie die Eingänge mit den Ausgängen
und spielen so Ihr MIDI-Equipment auch bei abgeschaltetem Computer. Die
Stromversorgung des Interfaces erfolgt über die USB-Schnittstelle.
Ein Netzteil wird daher nicht benötigt. Dank Buspower-Stromversorgung
ermöglicht das Interface vollständige Mobilität.
