Very rare and beautiful Victorian silver top cameo glass scent bottle made by Thomas Webb & Sons.
The flower decoration is hand carved into the glass and a brown stain has been added to make it look like a natural bone piece. The embossed silver top is hallmarked for Birmingham, maker "C S", but I can't quite make out exactly the date letter, probably an (e) for 1879? CONDITION: Only issue is the glass stopper is firmly stuck, personally I don't see it as a problem, so I haven't tried to remove it. Both glass and silver top are in excellent, original condition, no chips, cracks or restoration. APPROX SIZE: Length ~ 9cm, Width ~ 3.5cm. POSTAGE: UK ~ £4.50, EUR ~ £9.00, Outside EU ~ £10.00. Any questions please ask. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING. |
