LSU Scott's Yellow is still quite uncommon in the fig growers community. It comes out of the LSU fig breeding program. Given the right climate and allowed to mature, the fruit will be a pleasing yellow color.

The fruit pictured are from the trees in my garden. Unfortunately, I was only able to get pictures of unripe fruit this season. Maybe next season I'll be more diligent about getting some better pics of the ripe fruit.

I have a couple dozen cuttings of this variety but I expect they will go fast.

In this auction you will receive 3 healthy, viable, fig cuttings about 8-9 inches in length.

If you don't yet know much about propagating fig trees from vegetative cuttings, I recommend you do a quick Google search on how to do that. Fig trees are typically grown from cuttings and involves a fairly simple process.

I am saxonfig on the Figs4Fun forum as well as the Ourfigs forum.

Thank you.
