Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being shipped. Return postage is paid within the UK. We don't combine postage and packaging costs on auctioned items.

Postage within UK:
Our standard free postal service for a Premium Service Item is a total of 2-3 working days, using ParcelForce. For all other postage, we use Royal Mail. This may take 2-5 days. Tracking for your item will be uploaded upon dispatch. We aim to dispatch your purchase on same working day of the order - our courier collection is at 1pm, so any items ordered after this time will be placed onto the following days schedule. We only ship items once funds have been received. E-cheques will need to cleared before we can ship your purchase.  Highlands, Islands and NI postage will incur a £10 fee, in order to subsidise the high cost of carriage.

International Buyers:
Internationally, we ship to you via eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). The price shown in the Postage Tab is based on their standard shipping rates for items up to 30KG - please note, we have no control over these shipping costs, as they are determined by eBay internally.

Dispatch times:
For Premium Service Items, we dispatch within 1 working day. For all other items, we dispatch within 3 working days.

Please note - only items listed as 'Collection Only' are available to collect. You are welcome to organise your own courier - If you do organise your own courier, please be advised that your item will not be packaged or wrapped. It will be ready for collection in the packaging condition as shown in the photographs. If you wish to pay on collection, please note we accept cash or payment by card through our PayPal terminal. You are welcome to pay via Paypal prior to collection.
