3. Please Assure That Your Shipping Address Is Correct. We Are Not Responsible for Any Loss in Transit If a Wrong Address or Contact Information Is Provided.
4.  All Prices Are Inclusive of Sales Tax and Will Be Accompanied by A Detailed Sales Invoice.
5. If You Feel That the Product Does Not Match the Product You Ordered, You Must Inform Us Within 2 Working Days of Receipt. If We Ascertain That There Is a Product Mismatch, We Will Refund/Replace The Product for You.

1. Product will be shipped by eBay PowerShip Facility only. If eBay don't provide powership for your order then your order will get cancelled. For refund related queries, you have to contact eBay customer care on 1800-209-3229.

3. Your Order Will Be Shipped Only After Confirmation of Complete Payments.
4.  All Orders Will Be Dispatched Within 5 Days, If Not Earlier. Note That Most Courier Delivery Times Are 72 Hrs for Metro Cities and Up-To 10 Days for Other Areas - Excluding Sundays and Holidays.
5.  Shipping Within India Only.
6.  Kindly Note That the Entry Tax / Local Sales Tax / OCTROI Should Be Paid by The Buyer When Demanded by The Courier Company.
7. We advise buyer to open product in front of courier company for verification. If buyer feels he hasn’t got what he ordered then please note down contact number, name and employee ID of delivery boy.
8. If buyer feels he has been victim of Fraud (by receiving Stone, Soap, very low value product, used product etc.) then it is advised that he should visit his nearest police station and file an FIR or application for the issue.

1. Warranty Is Provided Not by Seller, But by The Manufacturer. Seller Takes No Responsibility for Warranty.
   
2. Buyer will get VAT Paid invoice but please note that VAT paid invoice is on seller’s name and it is retail invoice. However, buyer have to confirm only IMEI of his product with invoice.
3. It is possible that the VAT paid invoice may have lesser amount compare to amount buyer have paid. Buyer will get eBay order statement for his eBay purchase invoice.
4. As per eBay guidelines, we are declaring here for future claim references and feedback related issues that MRP of the product is 6999 Rupees, but according to eBay policy, shipping should be Free and hence, we have included shipping price other Tax and eBay Selling Fees related amount and finally, profit i.e., in total 1000 Rupees into listing price itself.
