EDUCATION GUIDE?.
Let's talk about a few
things that we did with system and may have like to as well.

SPEAKERS:
These are Peavey's newest line
with built in processors that allow you to change settings based upon
type of show. Also allows you to change settings when
you space speakers out far from each other! In the Peavey
lineup, these are just above their standard PV Series.
MIXER:
LOVE this mixer. Hard pressed if not impossible to find another mixer
in same price range with this many UNIQUE features. For starters, has
the first built in
Auto Tune feature that allows you to change the actual pitch of your
vocals. (This feature is best served for those that understand music
keys). Even then, it
has a "dummy feature" that allows you to set it to do pitch correction
in the background. You can change your vocals to sound really funky.
EVERY customer
thus far has really liked this feature. Next, it is also has the
worlds first built in Guitar booster for those that want to hook up a
guitar to the system and actually
boost/eq the signal. Next it has an effects engine built in that EVEN
allows you to add effects to intruments, let alone your vocals. You
can EVEN tune a piano
using the Auto tune features! Next it has a built in MP3 player where
you just plug in a drive and play music if you wanted it to be simple.
We will use an
example of how we used it. Let's say you are doing a simple party and
don't want to break out your laptop to dj with it, but to rather just
let music play.
You could easily take a bunch of songs, put them on a thumbdrive and
just press play and even scroll through to find a song. Of course
there are more features
as well. Do NOT worry about anything, even the people at Peavey have
said we really know how to make our customers feel comfortable with
their product!
SUBWOOFER:
Example of what a REAL subwoofer does. Hmmm, why do we say REAL?
Because there is so much misleading information out there that it is
hard to tell
the difference. So you might see a system bragging about HIGH WATTAGE
ratings, SIZE, etc. Yet everything works differently with each other
and not all
things are created equal. The subwoofer literally changes the entire
dynamics of the system and is geared toward those that want to rock the
party
harder with dj music. Even then, you can tone it down a bit and use
the sub to introduce really nice bass tones to a karaoke show too.
& yes, the main
speakers have nice bass too either way! Example of how it effects the
system. We remember one customer that bought a system WITHOUT subs and
they loved the system. A year later, they asked about a subwoofer and
the moment they added it to their system, they said: "WOW, why did you
never
make me get the subwoofer to begin with" That they never could of
imagined the difference it made. They simply loved their system more
now!
WATTAGE
GAME
Through our experience. More than
90% of what we see from countless ads online is the OUTLANDISH WATTAGE
RATINGS. Having to re-educate
the consumer because so many people stretch the truth to it's max just
to catch your attention. EXAMPLE; If we wanted to play the same game, we
can rate this system between 3000- 3400 watts. YET we find
that disgusting to EVER trick consumers like this. We have seen
so
many systems on the market boasting 1,000-4000 watts of power and can
tell you that it simply is NOT the real story! NOT the REAL wattage in
many cases.
The real wattage is
what matters and DON'T let others fool you. You will NEVER see us
advertise a REAL 1,000-4000 watt system unless you
see a price tag of THOUSANDS MORE, it's that simple. Let's
look at it this
way. Let's say you have floor that is rated at 800lbs of weight
it can hold.
And a 800lb man walks on it once and it does not break, Whooo,
lucky
guy! Then that same man walks over it a few time and he falls
through. Boy, did you see that coming! Now let's take a
150lb guy and have him run all over the floor, it never breaks.
Even though
it said it will boast 800lbs of stress. It never told you what it
really meant. That the real weight load was 150lbs for stressful
usage. & the so called
800lbs was merely to tell you what it might handle for a millisecond of
heavy usage. You see why we hate power ratings! See why we
don't
even like being called salespeople when we generally hate what the
sales world stand for!

This is the MOST
IMPORTANT section of the ad that you will read. WHY is it so
important?
Because we live in a world where it is common place to
see ads RIDICULOUSLY PRICED compared to ours!
QUESTION 1: Why are we more expensive than so many others that
have all that you need for far less than us?
ANSWER 1: It's a shame that there is not a pair of glasses that
allow you to see the truly HONEST seller, or the HONEST /LEGIT deal.
Furthermore, the karaoke world is confusing because it is not as easy
to tell what you are looking at.
Example; You see our karaoke package for X amount of dollars and
another for 1/2 the price for DOUBLE/TRIPLE/10X'S the amount.
Many customers are blind to what they are looking at and hard to truly
compare apples.
Example of something that is actually EASY to tell is counterfeit or
unauthorized. Let's take a Rolex watch as an example.
Let's say you walked into a huge convention center where there are 500
Rolex Dealers. You are looking for a Rolex
watch that most people know is over $10,000.00 and you find a few
dealers around that price, yet you find countless others
willing to sell you that same watch for $500 instead of $10,000.00.
Trying to convince you that you are getting a huge
markdown, the best deal ever! YET most consumers already know
that it is most likely a FAKE!
So take that knowledge and now apply it to the karaoke/music world.
IF you already know that buying 1 single song
off of Itunes cost you X amount of dollars. If buy
thousands of Itune songs, how much would it cost???
THOUSANDS of dollars, RIGHT? RIGHT!!! Now continue to apply the
logic to the karaoke songs.
Sure, you can get karaoke cheaper sometimes because they are renditions
of the real song. A cover band performing the song.
That's why you see karaoke disc that would range on an average of $9.99
to $29.99 per disc with 12-20 songs.
Or why you would see a 600 karaoke song pack from us for $149.99 as one
of the cheaper quality, standard packages.
QUESTION 2: If the LICENSED manufacturers out there are selling a
3,500 song library for about $2,500-$3,500.00
Or the highest grade karaoke company in the United States called
SOUNDCHOICE is selling a 6,000 song library
for
THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. OR even the cheapest 2,600 song pack made by
another manufacture cost almost $1,000 by itself (NO SYSTEM, just
music!)
Then WHY in the world would you EVER
let so many other sellers convince you
that you can get a bunch of FREE music OR thousands of songs for next
to nothing.
Case in point. Today, as we are writing this ad. We checked
online and EASILY seen systems with so called FREE music.
Funny how they claim it's worth a lot of money, YET THEY ARE NOT CHARGING YOU much if anything for all of it!
Case in point. We seen a player with 1,000 plus songs for just a
little bit more than the player cost by itself from other sellers.
WOW, how did they do that,
they must have some special magic dealer that others don't have access to! You know how much we would charge
for the same thing?
WAY MORE than you see. WHY CAN'T WE GIVE YOU A BUNCH OF MUSIC TOO for the unbelievable deal you see elsewhere?
Is it because we can't compete? Is it because we
are clueless? OR is it possible because
a company like ours that PLAYS BY THE RULES CANNOT compete against
those others!!!!
HERE IS THE CHALLENGE:
If we turn you onto any music. 1. We will NEVER tell you it
is free, sorry we never get free music from ANY manufacturer!
2. We will be able to 100% trace back the music DIRECTLY TO THE
MANUFACTURER!!! Bet you that

ANY LICENSED karaoke music anywhere near those prices, What are we doing wrong? Do we live under a rock and
can't find deals too for our customers? NOPE, the math NEVER adds up!

We have done this our entire career when no one

them to send it in to the manufacturer and we will pull all the strings
we could for them. Under normal circumstances, they would of had
to pay $110 to get the video fixed. The owner of
our company spoke to the owner of the manufactured product and the
customer ended up paying $60 instead.
Or lets say well after the warranty you ship a product to the
manufacturer (with our help of course). And they tell you it
can't be fixed.
Do you know what the rest of the world would charge you for a new
one? The same FULL PRICE you paid before. What do we do?
We pull strings and get you dead cost replacements.
Example; We have a microphone that we sell for $16.99, yet our
cost is only $8.
You would only pay OUR DEAD COST.
Or lets say you needed to send something in for
repair and the manufacturer said it will be about 6-8 weeks. Believe us
personally. We have had
our own gear in for repair with the nicest/most knowledgeable repair
guy here locally and he even sometimes takes 3 months on occasions.
(this happens everywhere!). to get it fixed & returned. You know
what the rest of the world does? They make you wait and they NEVER get
involved,
they let the manufacturer take care of you. (which is never the best
solution in most cases). What do we do? We turn into PIT BULLS
and do not let go of the manufacturer until we know your taken care of.
We ALSO give you the option to pay dead cost and
borrow something while yours is in for repair. THIS IS ALL FROM THE
HEART. We BOLDLY declare that we HATE
what America stands for these days when it comes to customer service!
Equipment is massed produced, so we are not
trying to just sell you a piece of equipment. We are packaging our
hearts and souls into the sale too.

NO CONTROL over what your country charges you for duty/taxes/brokerage

The only way to get something to your country in less than the 10-21
business days is to ship it via UPS (we ship USPS international).

are many cases where you can ship back a defective product and receive
a replacement. The replacement will be shipped regular

over when we might run into a defective product, nor did we build the

IS NOT UP TO YOUR STANDARDS?
It is human nature to have a million different personalities and levels
of tolerance. EVERYTHING we sell is a bang for the buck. We
will ALWAYS give you your monies worth. Our record/reputation clearly
shows that where there may be one customer that claims a
product is awful. There are many others that think just the opposite.
When dealing with a company who truly cares about customers.
It will NEVER be a question of the quality, but rather simply a
situation where you needed to spend more money on something that is
of the quality you seek. We truly do post items at prices that are fair
for their level of quality. We NEVER want a customer to be unhappy.
Yet we do hope that the consumer is at least fair in dealing with us.
If we cannot reach a solution to help you. We will make case by case
exceptions in allowing someone to return a product for a partial
refund. What does a partial refund mean? This simply means that you
will
lose the money spent to ship the product to you and the cost to ship it
back to us. This is more than fair because if you are going to take
business
away from a local store in your area just because internet prices are
cheaper, you must also understand the inherit risk involved in doing
so.
This is more than a fair practice in business. Remember, we have
families to feed too. We cannot allow someone to return something and
pay
for shipping.. Because in all fairness to us. It is not right for you
to basically have all reward an no risk. Even when you return something
and

WHAT DOES FREE SHIPPING MEAN?
Free shipping is never really free. Let's say you win an auction that
has free shipping and you return it to exchange it for something else.
The actual credit you receive will only be for the value of the
product, not to include the amount we paid to originally ship it to
you.
This is true for the rare case by case refunds as well.
WHAT IF YOU HAVE A PO BOX OR APO/FPO ADDRESS?
With
the exception of items outside the main U.S and/or packages that
weigh under 1lb. We typically always ship UPS. If you do not have a
physical address listed, please either choose the proper ship method or

TIME
FRAME IN WHICH YOU PAY FOR PRODUCT?
Most often, eBay
expects consumers to pay for product once they have won the item. In
the event that you do not pay for product right away,
PLEASE at least make contact with us so that we know to be here for
you. We do not mind if you need time, communication is the only
stipulation
to this. In the event that you do not pay nor communicate, we will be
forced to open an unpaid item dispute with ebay. This does not imply we
are upset, but rather that we must recoup the fees that ebay charged

WHAT DOES X AMOUNT OF BUSINESS DAYS MEAN?
If our ads states
that there is a certain amount of business days after payment for
processing, etc. This simply means that if you made a payment on a
Tuesday at 2pm. Your first business day would start on that Wednesday.
Business days are considered days in which are normal business hours.
Holidays,
weekends, special calender events DO NOT count as a business day.
So if you bought something on a Monday
and it has a 5 business day
window to process. That would mean the deadline to ship the product out
would be that Friday or following Monday (Example)
Purchasing our products is a legally binding agreement in which you
