Delivery:

 Items less than 2 kg are usually delivered by courier or by post, generally within 5-7 working days to UK addresses only.

If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail you will be unable to track delivery but you should expect it within 5-

7 working days.

 Items more  than than 2 kg are usually delivered by courier , generally within 2-3 working days to UK addresses only.

Item more than 2 kg is being delivered by  Parcel Force, Fedex, City link etc so you will be able to track delivery but 

You should expect it within 2-3 working days.

Please note  the following islands: Isle of Skye, Isle of Sheppey, Anglesey and Isle of Wight., Channel Islands, 

Western Isles or Isle of Man incur additional postage cost depending on the size and weight if the item.

 We cannot deliver small or large items to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

Returns/cancellations:

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery,

Refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. 

This option is available for 15 days after delivery.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened 

the goods to inspect them. 

You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days* from the day 

after delivery. 

The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, 

along with any accessories.

* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
