*           How are refurbished phones different from New: - The main difference between "refurbished" and "New" products is that refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly, and are thus defects free, while "New" products may or may not be have defect as they are box pack untouched.

*           What does Open Seal mean : Seal Open mobiles are basically used devices that carry the original seal and these devices once again go through quality checks.

*           What is Box Changed : Original box is replaced with new box, as due to handling original packaging is having marks of handling.

*           Where can I get my phone serviced in case of problem:

o   Scenario 1) if product is sold with Manufacturing Warranty, buyer can get the service from local service network of manufacturer. The process will be same as new product.

o   Scenario 2) if product is sold with Seller warranty, buyer will have to approach seller for any issue and send product to sellers place and seller will help for repair / sellers service center network. same will be mentioned on the product description page.

o   Warranty applicable only for manufacturing defects.

Item Condition:-
1 - Item is seller refurbished and has 3 months of seller warranty. Product is not brand new, there will be minor Dents,  Scratches & somewhere of usage marks on the handset. Phone is in good working condition. No claims for, dents and Scratches.

2 - What is Seller refurbished ? : An item that has been restored to working order by the eBay seller or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in its original packaging. Cancellations:-
1. Any Cancellation of order should be done before the item is shipped, you can immediately mail for cancellation.

2. Item cannot be stopped once they are shipped, so please be sure before making the purchase.

Shipment:-
1.Shipping would be done only through ebay Powership Service: Blue Dart Express, Aramex, Fedex & Delhivery.

2. COD customer please place the order only if you are available at your location 3 to 5 days after the order booked. We have noticed many buyers after placing COD orders either they are "Out of station" "Incorrect Address" or Order place mistakenly.

3. Only place the order if you are having the cash ready for paying via COD.

Delivery Time:-
1. Prepaid order will be shipped faster than COD orders.
