Returns Policy

• Returns will not be accepted if tags were removed
• Actual Images of item are shown above
• 14 days cool off period applied
• All returns must be informed within 7 days of purchase
• All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Please keep the receipt of postage, we may ask for receipt as a proof of dispatch if not delivered within 7 days. We are happy to refund unwanted items returned within 14 working days, provided they are returned in their original condition, in which we will refund the amount (minus shipping costs). Please include a note stating your REASON FOR RETURN, EBAY USER NAME and ITEM CODE.
• When returning an item, the buyer must keep proof of postage, as they will need to claim on insurance should the item be lost/damaged en-route to us.
• In the unlikely event of an item being returned due to an error on our part, the correct item will be dispatched upon arrival.
• In order to claim back eBay fees for returned items, 'unpaid item disputes' will be opened which have NO adverse affect on the customer's eBay account/status. The postage and packing charges +10% admin charges will not be refunded. In case of refunds the buyer has to pay revised postage charges for exchanges.
• We accept PayPal payment. Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me via eBay message service.

A note including eBay ID must be attached with the returned item for rapid response
