Terms of Sale
About Us:
- We are a leading retailer of electronics goods based in Surat, Gujarat. We sell on every available major eCommerce platforms in India like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay and Paytm.
- We constantly strive to provide our customers the widest range of electronics goods at truly amazing price.
General Terms About Sale:
- Please read every "Terms of Sale" points carefully before placing an order. An order placed by you confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to every Terms of Sale conditions.
- We have our warehouses in different cities of the country. Hence, sometimes, the order shipping might take about 4 to 5 days but everything will happen within eBay timeline only.
- GST Invoice will be sent to customer on his/her eBay registered email ID after successful product delivery or transaction settlement. Let's save some paper and Go Green.
- If you feel that the product does not match the product description, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery. If we ascertain that there is a product mismatch, we will refund or replace the product based on buyer's choice and availability of stock.
- All disputes are subject to Surat district court or Gujarat high court only.
Warranty Terms:
- Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by the seller. Seller takes no responsibility for warranty until service center denies warranty of the product. In that case buyer has to submit letterhead of the service center stating that the product warranty is expired.
- This product comes with 6 Months Manufacturer or Brand warranty. Exact date of the warranty starts from the first buyer of the product and hence, the product might have more than 6 Months warranty or less than 6 Months warranty. In very rare cases, the warranty of the product might got expired and we request buyer to contact us in that case with service center letterhead stating that the product is "Out of Warranty".
- As this point is not mandatory and fully depends upon the decision of seller i.e., "Authorized.Dealer": If the service center denies the warranty for some reason or service center is not available at buyer's location then buyer can send the product back to seller for repair only with his/her own courier expenses. No replacement or refund will be given in any case.
- Sometimes service partner or Brand Service Center raises some issue with the local TAX/GST invoice or eBay invoice. Hence, you will get Amazon or Flipkart invoice for your order to avail warranty of your product.
Important Terms For "Seal Opened" Product:
- This product is returned by first buyer of the product to the manufacturer of maximum 3 to 4 days use and sold as an "Open Box" or "Unboxed" unit by the manufacturer to different retailer under Manufacturer Warranty.
- This product comes with 6 Months Manufacturer Warranty.
- It is possible that the product as well as its accessories and its box might have some minor sign of wear and tear or sign of previous usage.
- It is very rare but sometimes, you might not get some accessories like Earphone, Screen Guard, User Manual, Sim Ejection Pin or other mentioned accessories in the Box Contents.
- Sometimes, we provide missing accessories to the customer (like Power Adapter, USB Data Cable, Earphone etc.) which are non-branded. This is not compulsory and depends upon the decision of seller.
- Physical condition of the product like marks or signs of usage and basic operating functionalities of the product are checked by our team before shipping to the customer.
Shipping Terms:
- Product will be shipped by eBay PowerShip facility only. If eBay don't provide PowerShip for your order then your order will get cancelled. For refund related queries, you have to contact eBay customer care on 1800-209-3229.
- Kindly note that the entry tax/ local sales tax/Octroi should be paid by the buyer when demanded by the courier company. Please take official stamp receipt of the courier company in that case. Don't pay delivery boy any amount in any case at the time of delivery.
Advice to Buyer:
- We advise buyer to open the product package in front of the courier company delivery boy for verification. If buyer feels that he hasn't got what he ordered then please note down contact number, name and employee ID of the delivery boy with remarks mentioned in DRS copy of courier about the product you have received.
- If buyer feels that he has been a victim of fraud (by receiving stone, soap, very low value product etc.) then it is advised that he should visit nearest police station and file an FIR or application for this issue. He will have our full cooperation with every needed necessary details.
