UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery

  • A signature will be required upon receipt.
  • A tracking number is available on customer’s request for all parcels
  • If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, the Royal Mail will leave a calling card explaining how to re-arrange delivery or collection.
  • There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays.
  • If you are not able to take receipt of the parcel, and it’s not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, the item will be returned to us and you will be required to re-pay the postage costs.
    Special Delivery™ Next Day 
  • Available Monday-Friday (Saturday delivery is an additional £2).
  • Order must be completed by 3pm to ensure next day delivery.
  • Guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
  • Any next day delivery orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays), unless an upgrade to Saturday delivery is made.

    • Rest of the World
      Australia , Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA

Returns 

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM
If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We can exchange the item for a different size/colour (new stock only) on receipt, or issue store credit/full refunds (excluding original delivery charge) if preferred.
