Postage & Packaging:   We do our upmost to ship items purchased before 3pm the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the following working day, unless ordered Next Day Delivery. Payment for next day must be received before 3pm. Items are sent via Royal Mail for UK and International.  We only provide Tracking Numbers for International if paid for International Signed for Service. Standard Airmail post cannot have a Tracking Information service.	Listings: Most Items we list are Accurate to Picture Description, however, if we have 2 more items in the same Listing the description can vary to the Photo, do not worry as we ensure all Part numbers Match the item we are listing. Therefore they will work in your Laptop. All Items are Security Marked to prevent Fraud. If we receive Returns without these markings on, No Refund will be given.
Return Policy:   We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, if however, you do wish to Return item we expect them to be sent back in the same packaging as you received it, ie anti-static bags, bubble wrap, jiffy bags, cardboard etc. Items purchased in error or not Faulty may be returned at own expense. We do not accept Returns for Batteries, unless dead on arrival. Working Motherboards must be fitted by a Qualified Technician or same standard as we are not held responsible for damage to Motherboards due to poorly fitting. Faulty/Untested Motherboards are not refundable/Returnable.	Payment:   Paypal Preferred.   If you wish to Pay by Postal Order or Cheque, please contact us first. Warranty:  All used items we sell come with a 14 day Warranty	Checkout:  We only send to the address to which the payment is made from in Paypal. Please check your address is correct before payment as we cannot be held responsible for items going missing due to incorrect Addresses.
