COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNT:
On some items we offer a combined item postage discount, to check the applicable postal rates click the text link 'See all details' in the 'Postage' area of the eBay listing page, this is just underneath the blue 'buy it now' button in the upper area of the listing, and enter the country you require delivery to, if there is only one price then combined postage discounts are not available on this item, if there is a second rate then that is the discounted rate for combined items. If you are buying multiple items and there is a combined discounted rate simply purchase through eBay as normal, before attempting to make payment, send us a message via eBay informing us that you require a combined item invoice, we will then send you a revised invoice which will include a combined postage discount (if available). Please note our postage rates are very competitive, especially on international deliveries and it may not be possible to offer a discount. Obviously this is not applicable to items that are delivered free of charge.

DELIVERY:
We hold stock of all goods listed and dispatch from our own warehouse, we aim to dispatch all orders received before 2 pm on the same day, we dispatch daily except on weekends, orders received over a weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Your order will be delivered to the address held on your eBay account, unless you require delivery to a different address, in which case inform us by adding a 'note to seller' when completing checkout. We deliver by Royal Mail. We always confirm via email when your order has been shipped.

RETURNS POLICY: No Quibble - No Hassles Returns
We want our customers to be delighted with our goods and service, however we realise sometimes customers are just not 100% happy with their purchase. Wrong colour, wrong size, or simply don't like it. No worries. We will happily accept returns on any of our goods provided you return the item within 7 days following the day of receipt, sorry items will not be accepted after this time has elapsed. All returned goods must be unused and undamaged and in the original packaging with labels attached. We can either exchange for another size or colour, a different item completely or give you a refund (less postage costs). To ensure a problem free return please follow the checklist below:

1) Package the goods and post via recorded signed for registered post to:
Twisted Tactical, Easter Balbairdie House, Kilrie, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY2 5UX, UK.

We advise that you return the item via recorded signed for registered post and ask for proof of posting, this will avoid problems if we do not receive the goods, the proof of posting will entitle you to free insurance with Royal Mail should the item get lost in the post.

2) ALWAYS include a note informing us what you require, a refund or an exchange for a different item (include colour and size) and a copy of your invoice with the return. If you have lost the invoice we require your name and address and ebay name/ ID.

3) Inform us via the email facility on ebay that you have returned goods to us.

4) If you are sending goods from outside the United Kingdom you will be required to attatch a customs document, this MUST be marked as 'Other' and 'Return' if that option is not available mark as 'Gift', we will not pay customs charges on returned items if you fail to do this.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL DELAY YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

NOTE: In the case of refunds delivery charges are non-refundable. Even if P+P was free, we will deduct the original postage costs we incurred in sending the goods to you. After we receive the goods back we will issue a refund and will file a 'cancel transaction' request via ebay and will require you to accept this. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of goods being received.

For exchanges, state clearly the item you require, the size and the colour and the ebay item number. We will require that postage costs are paid for before we send out any goods, we will invoice you via paypal.
If there is any extra costs to pay or a refund to be made we will do this via paypal.

EXCHANGES:
We are happy to exchange goods provided you return the item within 7 days following the day of receipt, please check our ebay listings first to ensure we have the goods you require in stock and follow the guidelines above.
