The Preferred method of payment for Maxautos is Paypal, but we do also accept cheques and postal orders.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
• We will exchange the item if it is defective or an
incorrect item was shipped.
• All returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery
date.
• All returns must be accompanied with the invoice sent.
• For a 100% refund, the item must be in original
condition, so please inspect item before installation
or modification as reimbursement for this is not
feasible.
• All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• All parts purchased cannot be returned unless the
goods are not fit for purpose or not as originally
described.

Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class mail by next working day, but in some circumstances it can take up to 15 working days. Therefore please be patient if you item has not turned up in a few days.
