1StopShops are part of the Imanez 1Stop Group.  We have been successfully trading online since 2003 and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.  We also send everything via 1st Class Post (UK) unlike many other sellers, so you will receive your items quicker when ordering from us!

Please be aware that monitor sizes vary greatly and items will not be shown "actual size" on all screens.

If you are unsure of anything please ask! We welcome any question from potential buyers, rather than unhappy customers who have assumed something about an item and bought it without asking first!

Payment
Please pay using PayPal or UK only Postal Order. Postal orders must be sent with details of your ebay order.

Delivery
We aim to send all items out within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of payment received, however please allow up to 3 working days during busier periods.

Items are sent from the UK to mainland UK via 1st Class Royal Mail Post.

Overseas order may take up to 25 working days for delivery due to customs clearance and delivery speed of local postal workers.

In all cases of missing items, we urge customers to check with their local sorting office before contacting us as this usually resolves 99% of missing items issues. Unclaimed items from sorting offices will always be returned to us, and will be the buyers responsibility to pay for another delivery or order will be refunded less postage costs incurred. Refunds for all lost items will be issued once we receive Royal Mail confirmation. Buyers are requested to please be patient as it can take up to 2 weeks for Royal Mail to respond. To prevent fraud, you may be required to provide a signature as confirmation that you and no residents at the delivery address have taken receipt of the item.

Returns
Item returns are the responsibility of the buyer, and postage costs are non-refundable unless there is a fault with your order.  Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the item in an unworn, resaleable condition minus postage costs.
