Characteristics:

   A. Colored paint (Pen+brush, 15ml)    : The color is made with the color code you want.
   B. Transparent paint (Pen+brush, 15ml): Auxiliary fuction
      Makes the color glossy, pearl look, long lastic, look better and prevents paint loss when cleaning car.

Normally the color code is written on your car;
1. side glass.
2. when the door opened, tagged on the car body.
3. inside the engine room in the bonnet.
4. on the C pillar bar code.

How to use:
1. Remove any dirt on the place where you want to work.
2. Paint colored paint first.
3. Complete dry.
4. Paint transparent paint.

TIP:
1. Fill out color adjustting the height of scratched part.
2. How to adjust the height:
   First painting - Complete dry - Second painting - Complete dry - Repeat
3. Paint small amount on the scratched part.
4. For transparent paint, paint on paper several times first and use on the scratched part only.
5. Before use, shake well more than 20 times and try on paper first.

Shipment:
We have 2 different shipping methods;

One is standard shipping which is a little cheaper but no tracking No and
takes about 10-35 days depending on the country.
If you need a faster and safer method with tracking No, it is available
with additional cost(EMS cost: USD20).  If you want it, pleas email us.

Otherwise, you need to wait until 35 days.

The other is Expedited shipping with tracking No.(EMS or international parcels)
by the post office which takes about 5-15 days depending on the country.

For the delivery by standard shipping to Brasil, Italy, Russia, Spain, Belarus, Brunei, Puerto Rico,Chile and any other island countries,
additional cost needs to be paid for a safe delivery. (EMS cost: USD20)

If you want EMS, please email us before your order.

Otherwise, it takes about 20-45 days depending on the country and you need to wait until 45 days.

Depending on the country, we can not ship out by EMS or international parcels
due to the size over which is different by each country.
In this case, we use EMS premium which is much more expensive than EMS.
If you want to use it, you need to pay the additional shipping cost.

Communication time:
Normally we reply buyer's email within 1-2 working days.
Sorry, on Saturday, Sunday and our national holiday, we do not work.
