This is my BBC Micro, purchased by my parents in May 1985. This is Model B, 32K, with Acorn DFS, plus Watford Electronics Sideways RAM board fitted. It was used extensively from 1985 to 1995, then kept in my parents loft, until mid-2010. The power supply suffered the infamous smoking capacitor incident in late 2010, so the power supply has been reconditioned as of early 2011, ensuring many more years of sterling performance. The machine has been used sporadically this year, and works beautifully. The cream casing is a little dirty, but can be cleaned with appropriate care.

Accompanying the BBC, is a 14" Ferguson TX colour TV, purchased with the computer in 1985, plus RGB cable. The front door is broken, as well as the TV aerial, but is otherwise functional, the tv tuner unit was replaced in 1997). Plus, a Cumana 5 1/4" disc drive, including ribbon cable.

There is also a Voltmace joystick, various boxed games (disc and tape based), books and various floppy discs of programming, and miscellany. Unfortunately, my Saisho tape player was broken, so the tapes can be  yours to do whatever you like with them.

After many years of service, this set needs a good home, due to an impending house move. I have no room for my nostalgia, so with a heavy heart, it has to go!
