To help me pay for some of the medical bills, travel expenses and to possibly allow me to raise awareness of this cancer I am auctioning off the advertising spot on my ocular prosthetic , where normally the pupil would be positioned I will have an ocular prosthetic professional place your logo on my fake eye.

Details:
The logo cannot be larger than a 12mm oval and must be supplied on either photo paper or a thin metal that can be mounted on the prosthetic (such as a thin lapel pin).
Estimated outer boundaries of a 12mm oval:
No vulgar, obscene or pornographic offers will be accepted and the determination is solely based on my opinion (with input from my ocularist).
The ocularist that will be making the prosthetic for me says that as long as the logo is mountable there should be no issue with it's creation. I will only use the ocularist of my own choosing.
I will wear the custom prosthetic for a minimum of 30 continuous days, and am willing to agree to a longer duration, for press events, etc., as long as all expenses are paid for me and a companion, and the bid amount paid is increased.
Final auction price is only for the creation and wearing of the paid logo for 30 continuous days, no other expenses or requirements on myself are implied without a written contract.
Should the base terms of this auction become not able to be met a refund of not more than 75% of the winning bid will be returned.
