Terms
Before buying / bidding, please take 2-3 minutes to understand what is governing this auction. It won't waste much of your time. It will ensure that you won't have problem dealing with us and it will ensure that this transaction runs smoothly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have purchased in error, simply email or write to us within seven days of purchase; we will happily refund you less P&P and 15% re-stocking fee as long as the item is returned in the condition sold.
We will not accept returns of Personal Handsfree kits, Bluetooth headsets etc due to hygiene issues.
We will not accept return of software if the packaging has been opened or if registration serial numbers have been used or exposed in any way.
All discrepancies must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Clicking "Buy Now" or whether your "Make an Offer" has been accepted you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and are making an offer to purchase the item from (AP-Direct) ECD Limited. Our acceptance to your offer will only be considered complete when we send the despatch confirmation e-mail, or when the item has been dispatched, whichever happens first. If for any reason your order is rejected before we accept your offer and payment has been taken, a full refund will be made immediately.
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel your contract with ECD within 7 days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods), as per the guidance set out in the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). All items must be returned unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact for a return, refund or exchange to be viable. The package must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery to you. Returns received after this period will not be refunded and only returned back with redelivery at the buyers expense.

The goods must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. If these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods; you will be credited for the goods within 30 days of notifying ECD of the cancellation.
We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery and can compensate for lost or damaged goods for valuable items. Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery; it is your responsibility to return the item via a secure, traceable method.
We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
Cancelled orders are subject to our restocking fee.
Delivery & Non-Delivery Procedure
We pride ourselves on the fact that we dispatch 90% of orders same day if payment is received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm are dispatched next day, you should receive your item 48-72 hours from time of dispatch depending on the value of the item and delivery method used.
Shipping costs are determined by order value and weight:
- £0.01 - £9.99 are sent 1st Class
- £10.00 - £29.99 are sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery
- £30 + are sent by Special Delivery or courier.
We also ship worldwide; contact us for quotes and for bulk purchase shipping costs.
We will only ship to the registered address within eBay or Paypal, this is non-negotiable.
Parcels identified as "Failed Delivery" are returned to us within 15 working days of dispatch from our warehouse. Items are usually returned for the following reasons:
- Addressee has gone away & Address Incomplete
We will notify you via email or writing that your item has been returned to us. Cost of the re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If no response is received from you within 30 days of us sending you correspondence then the item will be disposed of.
- Address Inaccessible. Addressee unknown. Refused
We will notify you via email or writing that your item has been returned to us. Cost of the re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If no response is received from you within 30 days of us sending you correspondence then the item will be disposed of.
- No Answer. Address Incomplete. Not called for
In this instance we will take no action until we receive further instructions from you. Cost of re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If no response is received from you within 30 days of us sending you correspondence then the item will be disposed of.
Royal Mail Claims
Items that have been dispatched by Royal Mail services and have not been received can only be claimed for once 30 working days have elapsed. After this period please complete the
Royal Mail Claims Form. Once completed, email, post or fax (08712 884 998) the form to us and we will take the matter up with Royal Mail.
It is your responsibility to complete the form and send to us so that we can make a claim against Royal Mail. Refunds will only be issued once completed forms have been received.
