Return Policy / Warranty:

 

1 year mfg warranty on new items from the manufacturer.  No refunds, only if item is dead on arrival.  To receive full refund on any items please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the items. 

On any manufacturer refurbished items there is a 45 days warranty from the date of receiving the item.  Any returns / credit may take up to 5 business days. 

A 20% restocking fee may apply.  For any return items under the warranty and our return policy please contact us and we will provide you with a rma number and instructions
