UK POSTAGE & PACKING: ~ For everyone’s peace of mind, all items(s) won over the value of £35 (separately or combined) ~ will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.  This is included in the UK p&p cost ~ there is no extra charge to buyers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  ~ I am delighted to sell to buyers from all over the world. Please message me for exact p&p charges if your total combined order is £35.00 or more, if less than £35.00 then any postage prices shown in the listing will apply.

CUSTOMS DUTY: ~ Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duty or charges which may apply in your country if you are buying from outside the United Kingdom.

COMBINED POSTAGE & PACKING COST: ~ I always try to offer combined postage rates where possible. However, for some heavier items it is more expensive to send them together rather than it is to send them separately. Please therefore enquire as to the postage costs if you are purchasing more than one item and I can give you much more specific details.

POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES: ~ My charges do include a small amount for packing charges to cover my costs as well as the actual postage.

PROOF OF POSTING: ~ I ALWAYS get proof of postage for everything I post. If something is late to arrive then I can send you a copy of the proof of postage if this will help you. 

DISPATCH: ~ Please allow FOUR BUSINESS DAYS from the date of  received cleared Paypal funds for me to post out to you ~ I endeavor to post sooner than this, but it is not always possible.

RETURNS POLICY: ~ Sorry, I am simply not a big enough organisation to cope with the overhead and administrative difficulties of returns and would urge you not to bid on any of my items if you are not okay with this.  

Please check the size, measurements ~ and anything else which is important to you ~ before you bid. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

With returns on ‘buy it now sales’, I comply with all the distance seller's legal requirements. Items must be returned within 7 days, unworn & in the same condition in which they were dispatched, with all original tags, packing etc attached. I will refund the cost of auction price. All postage costs are not subject to refund.
