The delivery date of your order will vary by product and shipping method. Delivery of most products within the continental U.S. will occur within seven business to ten days of the shipment date. Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order serves only as an estimate.

The transit time for international shipments will vary by product and shipping method. Please note that any applicable customs, duties, or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to provide estimates of these charges.

  If your item arrives damaged or broken, items such as bats may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will put you in touch with the manufacturer to make it right.
• Return Process:
  • First, send us a message thru eBay (here).
  • Include your eBay item number(s0), your full name, the reason for the return.
    
  • We'll reply with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number and the address to ship to.
    
  • Package the item(s) being returned - securely and in the original packaging if possible.
    
  • Include a copy of the original packing list or a print-out of the return email we sent to you.
    
  • On the outside of your package, please write "RMA" followed by the number we told you.
    
  • Ship your package using an insured, trackable service.
    
  • We do not accept COD!
    
  • Your refund or exchanged item(s) will be issued within 7-10 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise

• All the bats that we sell are BRAND NEW and in the original factory wrapper.
• Hookem Sports is an authorized Anderson, Combat, DeMarini, Easton, Louisville Slugger, Miken, Mizuno, Rawlings, and Rip-It dealer. This means you get a valid sales receipt when you purchase from us.
• When you buy from us, you don't have to worry about the authenticity of your bat because we are an authorized dealer.
• Most manufacturers have a full 365 day warranty or more on their bats. The only exceptions are wood bats which usually have no warranties.
• FRIENDLY WARNING: Be aware that many bat sellers on eBay are not authorized dealers and cannot provide a valid sales receipt for warranty repairs. Even if the seller says that the bat comes with a warranty card, the manufacturer will not honor the warranty unless the seller is an authorized dealer. Therefore, if you want a warranty and a first-quality bat, be sure your seller is an authorized dealer before purchasing.
• WHAT IF YOU LOSE YOUR RECEIPT? Just let us know and we'll send you a replacement receipt to get your warranty repairs. You can rest easy knowing that your new bat has a valid warranty (even if you lose your receipt) when you buy from Hookem Sports.
• BAT WARRANTIES
  • Aluminum/composite bats carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects.
  • Defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date.
  • Please call the manufacturer directly for Return Authorization.
  • Proof of purchase is required, so we recommend that you keep your bat invoice. This is required by the manufacturers, not us.
