Payment

1. We accept Paypal payments only.
2. Payment must be submitted within 3 days after purchase.
3. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in selling price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs to determine what these additional costs. For most of the cases, customer don't need to pay taxes. We mention as "gift" to try to avoid the incurred customs taxes. 

4. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after 7 days and a Non-Payer report will be filled in order to offset the administration fee.

Shipping

1. We Ship to Worldwide, some areas are have a expensive shipfees,please contact us,Thank you! 
2. All international customs duties and fees are subject to individual country rules and regulations. Please note Buyers are responsible for customs duties and fees.
3. We won't arrange shipment during weekend(just Sunday) & Hong Kong holiday.
4. A shipment notification email will be sent to buyer after goods are posted.
5. Pls. note that we ship to PayPal registered address only without notice.

Return

1. We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure the item have NO man-made damage.
2. Return is accepted within 14 days after the buyer's receiving the item. If you are not completely satisfied with defective lamps upon receipt, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs).
3. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any problem. We understand the concerns and frustrations you may have. We promise to try our best to resolve the issues. Please email us before leaving any negative feedback or open any dispute on Paypal.
4. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
